Company in the FMCG Manufacturing sector is looking for a suitably skilled AA/ EE HR Administrator / Officer in Nigel, Gauteng.
Requirements for AA/ EE HR Administrator / Officer in Nigel:
- Reside on the East Rand (not negotiable)
- Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
- Matric with an HR related Diploma / Degree
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager (within FMCG) dealing with a minimum of 260 employees
- Experience across the Human Resources Management value chain
- Solid union experience is not negotiable
- Experience with the implementation of policies and procedures in line with the BCEA, EEA, SDA & LRA
